Emergencies
Bark AI is not an emergency service. If your pet is in acute distress — severe bleeding, seizure, collapse, breathing difficulty, suspected poisoning, or (in male cats) straining to urinate — go to the nearest emergency vet now. Don't wait for our support team or the AI.

Common questions
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and we'll email a reset link to the address on your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the app → Account tab → tap "Cancel subscription". One confirmation and you're done. You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Within 30 days of the charge, email support@barkpethealth.com with your account email and which charge. We process automated refunds. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion — ask anyway.
How do I export all my data?
Account tab → tap "Export all my data". The app downloads a JSON file with every record on your account.
How do I delete my account?
Account tab → tap "Delete my account" → confirm. You have a 7-day window to sign back in and restore. After 7 days, we hard-purge all your data.
The AI triage gave me scary advice. What now?
The AI is intentionally conservative — when in doubt it recommends a vet visit. If the urgency level seems wrong, please still err on the side of seeing a vet. Then email us with the case and we'll review the output.
Where are you based?
Bark AI is operated out of India. Our servers are hosted in the EU.
